When you step onto the Nazareth campus, the first thing that you notice is the gorgeous scenery. It is no secret that Naz has the prettiest campus. In 2023, it was announced that Nazareth University was rated the #1 most beautiful campus in New York. I asked my friends on campus to tell me what their favorite season is at Nazareth and why.

Summer

“I love summer, fall and winter a ton but my favorite is probably the summer time. All the outdoor activities you can do around campus with friends, the fountain is gorgeous and there’s nothing better than a Naz summer sunset.”- Amanda Inges

“I love the summer despite only catching the end of it on campus in August. I love how the sun shines on campus and you can really enjoy the fountain in the warmth.”- Jasmine Ritter

Fall

“Fall at Naz is beautiful because the campus looks and feels alive. The fountain is on for the last few weeks, there’s color everywhere, and the air is just cool enough to still be able to enjoy an outdoor day.”- Emma Maskell

“Fall because of how pretty and colorful it is. And it’s not too hot or cold.”- Nishita Kumar

Winter

“Winter because the trees are beautiful and when the snow falls at night with the lights it’s beautiful and perfect for a late night walk”- Hannah Osborn

“I love the winter because everything is so quiet and serene. The lights are so pretty and it feels like a giant snow globe.” – Peyton Sgroi

Spring

“Right at the beginning and end of the school year, when everyone is out at the fountain or the Clocktower quad, and even when you have things to get done you can’t help but go out and soak up the sun.”- Katie Theobald
